Non-Returnable Items:
Personalized/customized products.
Perishable items (cakes, flowers, food, etc.).
Gift cards or digital products.
Timeframe: Customers must request a return within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/order ID).
Approval: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7β10 business days.
Partial Refunds: May be granted in cases where the product is not in original condition, has missing parts, or is returned late.
Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping charges and COD fees (if any) are non-refundable.
If the product is damaged or defective, you may request a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacements are subject to stock availability.
If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), Gifts Heaven will bear the shipping cost.
